大專學(xué)歷考生報(bào)名PMI-ACP^®需要工作滿幾年

PMI-ACP^®考試要求考生需要具有中等學(xué)歷，本科考生需要在申請(qǐng)之日起前五年里在項(xiàng)目團(tuán)隊(duì)工作2000小時(shí)以及前三年里在項(xiàng)目團(tuán)隊(duì)運(yùn)用敏捷方法工作1500小時(shí)。

PMI-ACP^®報(bào)名條件：

1、教育背景：中等學(xué)歷(高中文憑，大專學(xué)歷，全球同等學(xué)歷及以上)。

2、普通項(xiàng)目經(jīng)驗(yàn)：需在申請(qǐng)之日起前五年里在項(xiàng)目團(tuán)隊(duì)工作2000小時(shí)(12個(gè)月)。

3、敏捷項(xiàng)目經(jīng)驗(yàn)：需在申請(qǐng)之日起前三年里在項(xiàng)目團(tuán)隊(duì)運(yùn)用敏捷方法工作1500小時(shí)(8個(gè)月)，這些工作時(shí)長(zhǎng)是在普通項(xiàng)目經(jīng)驗(yàn)要求的2000小時(shí)以外的。

4、敏捷實(shí)踐培訓(xùn)：必須在敏捷實(shí)踐中獲得21小時(shí)的培訓(xùn)課時(shí)。

An organization rewards team members by inviting them to a lunch-and-learn track where employees introduce new technologies. An agile team member, more interested in contributing to the lunch-and-learn than working on a project’s deliverables, is not adhering to due dates.

A. Work with the team member to schedule a few hours per week for researching new technologies.

B. At the next meeting, address the issue, and discuss how to conduct research as a team.

C. Ask the team member to conduct research on new technologies outside of project hours.
